DEKO JEWELLERY REFUND POLICY
In the event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or the goods are faulty, were wrongly described or different from the sample shown, you are able to return them to us and choose between a refund by way of original payment, exchange for another item (incurs and additional freight charge) or on-line gift voucher.
In this instance, please return the item/s in “as new” condition, quote your invoice number and date of purchase (copy of your receipt), with a reason for the return, and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The item/s have not been worn or used in any way. We reserve the right to not accept the items for refund if they have been worn or damaged.

Australian Delivery
Deko Jewellery uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia
(3 - 5 working days if product is in stock)
Parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and prescriptions (if applicable) are received. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched within the same working day of order receipt provided we receive your order by 11am and the products are in stock.
International Orders
International orders will be despatch via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 days for international Airmail delivery.
Postage and Handling Charges
Within Australia - Flat Fee $8.00
Rest of World - Flat Fee $40.00
We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia. However these extra costs will never be higher than cost.
